I have tried many primer's through out the years

and this is the BEST to date. It glides on and dries quickly, can be used with dry shadows as well as gel or cream. Shadows stay put throughout the day. Here is a tip: I like to use eye shadow under my lower lashes instead of a pencil for a smokey look. So, use your wand to apply under lashes and pat it out, after drying use shadow and it lasts all day.I'm in my sixties and enjoy wearing eye shadows and ladies it works even when your eye lids are not in the same condition as they were in your teens...give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
