I think the physical addresses need to be the same

The amount that is going to hit is high..and I ca't cover it just yet. Supposed to hit between the 15-17th of the month. Question is....Will my Paypal account automatically get thrown into the negative on one of those days..or will Ebay keep trying for several days before the put my Paypal account into the negative. I am worried that a negative balance means that if I sell anything, I won't be able to pay the shipping for the item. The money from the items sold will just go to reduce the negative balance. Thanks
